2gether NHS Foundation Trust provides health and social care to people with mental health problems, people with learning disabilities and people who have developed problems of substance misuse. In all its provision the Trust will seek to ensure that service users, their families and carers, staff and the wider public are appropriately involved in the decisions that may affect them.
The Trust is committed to the development of a framework for managing the involvement of individuals and communities in a co-ordinated, systematic and focused way.
Involving people is an important aspect of every clinician's and manager's role and is critical to the Trust's ability to provide quality services in an appropriate environment.
