Services to support the work of Health, Social care and Community Professionals
Staff of a variety of agencies support people with mental health problems in the community. As part of its commitment to supporting this work, the Trust has produced an exclusive Resource Pack which provides guidance and information on a range of mental health problems and a directory of services to help people find support and advice when that is needed.
