Recognising Outstanding Service and Contribution Awards (ROSCAs) 2008

2gether is holding its annual staff awards ceremony in October 2008. The awards are called the ROSCAs - Recognising Outstanding Service and Contribution Awards. They have been organised so that we can award our staff who work extremely hard with the recognition they deserve.

The Categories

1. The Unsung Hero Award (Individual)
Awarded to a volunteer who is registered with the Trust and has shown dedication above and beyond the call of duty.

2. CEO Award for Innovation (Individual or Team)
An individual or team who are "switched" on to new developments and innovative ways of working to improve life for service users or staff.

3. The Carer and Service User Involvement Award (Individual or Team)
An award that recognises a genuine commitment to putting the needs of service users and carers at the heart of what we do.

4. The Service Users and Carers Choice (Individual)
An award to an individual who, from the service user's or carer's point of view, has made an outstanding contribution in any area.

5. Clinical Team of the Year Award (Team)
An award that recognises the efforts of a clinical team who have worked together to get the job done really well.

6. Non-Clinical Team of the Year Award (Team)
An award that recognises the effort of a non-clinical team who have worked together to get the job done really well.

7. Innovative Contribution to Work Life Balance Award (Individual or Team)
Awarded to the individual or team who have introduced creative ways to preserve the work life balance that brings benefits to all.

8. Best Supporting Colleague Award (Individual)
Awarded to an individual who is exceptional, one who helps his/her colleagues and is tireless in their efforts.

9. Best Supporting Manager Award (Individual)
Awarded to the manager whose support has been exceptional and made a real difference to your working life.
