Trust welcomes new Non-Executive Director

Gloucestershire Partnership NHS Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of new Non-Executive Director, Tracey Barber.
Tracey started her marketing career with advertising agency Lowe Howard-Spink and has had senior roles with top three marketing agencies.
In 2001, Tracey set up her own marketing consultancy and has worked with a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients, ranging from the Central Office of Information and Save the Children to Lloyds TSB. More recently Tracey was a Cotswold and Vale Primary Care Trust Non-Executive Director. Married with three young children, she has lived in Gloucestershire for over 15 years.
Tracey says:
“Gloucestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s application for Foundation Trust status is of particular interest to me as it recognises both ownership and accountability. An understanding of our customers’ needs is key to the Trust’s future success and this knowledge, coupled with the expertise of carers and providers, will deliver a focused strategy that will ensure a long term, more effective service for Gloucestershire”
Tracey is not politically active and does not hold any other ministerial appointments.
Mrs Barber will serve for the period 1 March 2006 to 28 February 2010. The remuneration for the appointment is £5,673 per annum.
